“Combining the provision and management of all our services and infrastructure through Astro has enabled us to have better visibility of the service we offer and simplify troubleshooting of any issue. We are able to fully monitor and manage all issues and improvements within our infrastructure through the close relationship of a single partner. The drivers for change were a combination of a need for an improved level of service, an improved network performance and reduced total cost of ownership. We are very pleased with the initial results.”
“We have enjoyed a long-term partnership with Astro and, as such, they completely understand our business and the impact and urgency surrounding our networking and IT operation, including providing our core infrastructure for operations in all weather conditions. As a 24/7 business we need that level of understanding. I have always been able to contact them immediately and resolve any issues and challenges we face. Our working partnership is excellent and Astro provides the right level of response every time.”
“London & Partners was looking to overhaul its entire system. We went to tender with five companies ranging from the largest in the marketplace to smaller businesses like Astro. Astro instilled the most amount of confidence – they looked at the whole organisation, listened to us and really understood what we needed. The solution they provided was state of the art, but for the right reasons – because it was needed and appropriate, not just for the sake of having new technology. I have been impressed with their future-proof, long term solution and am now working with them in relation to ‘bring your own device’ solutions and other initiatives.”
There are two main reasons why I chose Astro as my managed service partner for IT at Oakmans. Firstly they encompass the whole range of IT and networking solutions, so I only need to speak to one team about my infrastructure and support requirements and secondly, it sounds simple but it happens so infrequently in our industry, when they say they are going to do something, they do it. They are efficient, effective and get results rather than look for excuses.
The solutions that Astro recommended and provided have increased business efficiency and reduced the overall running costs of the business. The entire process of opening a new office in the US was seamless and due to Astro’s attention to detail and strong partnerships, we were able to meet the deadlines set out by UNiDAYS. We have since introduced the organisation to new technologies such as Clickshare and are exploring other opportunities to expand the IT Infrastructure whilst, coping with the businesses extraordinary growth.
The staff at Astro have shown great professionalism and have offered a friendly approach to the staff, residents and relatives at our care homes during their visits. Their patience and understanding with all requests is underrated and our relationship is greatly valued.
I had previously worked with Astro and was impressed with their work so asked them to come along and assess the requirements for this new project. Astro are extremely resilient, professional and the proposal they prepared for us suited our needs perfectly. The whole process was quick and not only did I like the way they did things, but I found their solution to be extremely cost effective. Their plan was quick, efficient, simple and pragmatic and they provide a full back up service.
