Maintenance & Support Packages

Bronze

Telephone Support only with additional work such as adds, moves and changes covered on a Time & Materials arrangement or through a pre-paid call-off system.

Silver

8 hour x 5 days per week with 8 hour response equipment break/fix. Excludes Bank and Public Holidays. Additional work such as adds, moves and changes covered on a Time & Materials arrangement or through a pre-paid call-off system.

Gold

8 hour x 5 days per week with 4 hour response equipment break/fix. Includes Bank and Public Holidays. Additional work such as adds, moves and changes covered on a Time & Materials arrangement or through a pre-paid call-off system.

Platinum

24 hour x 7 days per week with 4 hour response equipment break/fix. Excludes Bank and Public Holidays. Additional work such as adds, moves and changes covered on a Time & Materials arrangement or through a pre-paid call-off system.

Platinum Plus

Bespoke fully managed solution.
