Business Communications – Our engineers specialise in assessing our customers needs and designing a solution to meet your business requirements. Typically this will be for businesses with around 50 to 5000 users, or smaller multi-site businesses. We provide phone systems, call centre systems, voice recording and logging, and high definitiion video conferencing. Our services include business phone systems, The latest addition to our range is ShoreTel’s Mobility platform which significantly reduces telephony operating costs.
Business Networks – Effective IP communications requires a stable network. Our engineers have many years experience troubleshooting third party networks and fully understand the requirements of reliable fixed and wireless network infrastructure. This starts with the copper and optical fibre cabling, through the LAN and WAN switches, routers and radios; and firewalls on to the extended remote and home networks. You can rest assured that your network will be in safe hands with our engineers.
Business Connectivity – We have been involved in specifying connectivity for our customers since Astro started in 1985 but due to requests from our customers for a ‘one stop shop’ we have added a range of connectivity to our portfolio. This includes: telephone lines & minutes, broadband services, SIP trunks, MPLS, Ethernet WAN and leased line services.
Professional Services – Our experienced engineers have many years ‘hands on’ experience in the industry. We have an unbeaten track record troubleshooting networks and offer a ‘no fix, no fee’ service.
