As a direct result of our network infrastructure troubleshooting services our engineers have a preferred vendor list. Any product must go through our in-house testing prior to being allowed onto our sales portfolio. Our products and services are grouped into a number of categories:
Unified Communications
Our Unified Communications solutions are based on a range of products and services. Our main unified communications and TelePresence vendor is ShoreTel. This is complemented by Lifesize high definition videoconferencing and BlueCat Networks IP Address Management (IPAM) and secure DNS/DHCP serers. Reliable Unified Communications solutions heavily depend on a reliable network infrastructure. Our infrastructure experience spans many vendors including Cisco, HP and SMC. In addition to the traditional Unified Communications and TelePresence solutions, we provide IP Television (IPTV) and Digital Signage networks. This extension to Unified Communications is a direct result of our experience working in the leisure industry for over 15 years.
WAN Optimisation
We recently installed a UK wide Riverbed WAN optimisation solution over 52 sites. Excluding the design and planning phases and travel time, the average installation time for the Steelhead Appliance per site was 20 minutes. The bandwidth and performance gains have been excellent.
Wireless Networks
Our primary Wireless LAN vendor is Meru Networks. We have been amazed by their outstanding performance and innovative approach to wireless network design. In addition to this we have a number of other wireless vendor solutions we call on to solve specific business communications problems.
Network Security
We have a range of vendor solutions and engineering services to secure your network. We have extensive experience working in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industries Data Security Standard) environment, working alongside Qualified Security Assessors and PCI Auditors. We also have experience of working within Local Authorities in the Government Code of Connection (Co Co)environment.
Energy Saving
This is a recent addition brought in through customer demand. We work with a few specialised vendors to bring a wide range of energy saving and carbon footprint reduction solutions.
Professional Services
Our experienced engineers have many years 'hands on' experience in the industry. We have an unbeaten track record troubleshooting networks and offer a 'no fix, no fee' service.
